ACKNOWLEGEMENT

Orders are acknowledged when they are received. Questions about artwork, prices, colors, production time, ship date and delivery instructions have to be clairifed and completely understood before production. The ship date for any order will be established when the order is completely clarified.

PROOFS AND SAMPLES

Paper proofs in black and white are avaiable by fax free of charge (up to two paper proofs). Any changes made after 2ned paper proof will be charged $15 (G) per proof. The proof approval must be signed and returned before production begins and that constitutes approval to proceed with any production as laid out on the paper proof. Scheduled ship dates may change due to postponement of proof approval.

Proofs will be sent in (.jpg or pdf.) format at medium resolution only for proofing purposes.PLEASE NOTE: The proof does not represent 100% of what the finished producted will appear.

A pre-production proof is treated the same as a speculative sample and is available at an additional $15 (G) per color, puls normal screen charges.

Random samples are available for your inspection free of charge up to 2 items via UPS Ground. Additional random samples of less than 10 items wil be billed for freight and $5(G) per box for special packaging. Large orders of random samples will be billed at the end quantity pricing per piece in addition to special packaging and freight cost.

SCREEN AND COLOR CHANGE CHARGES

Screen charge is $38 (G) per color. Any changes made on the existing screen will be charged as a new screen. Exact PMS color matches are not available. We try to match your color selection as closely as possible using PMS numbers as a reference only. Due to the nature of ceramic mug colors, an exact match can not be guaranteed. Any metallic based ink will require a new screen charge. Reorders should be submitted on a new purchase order # and reference the previous order number and date. New art is required for all orders shipped prior to January 1, 2006. A different screen needs to be made for different materials: ceramic, glass and stainless steel items. Imprint color change $15 (G) per change.

CA65 WARNING LABEL

Our porducts include a California Prop 65 warning label:

"Some materials used as a decoration on these products contain lead or cadmium, chemicals known to the state of California to cuase birth defects or other reproductive harm."

We put warning lables on our printed products unless instructed otherwise.

MULTICOLOR REGISTRATION IN DIRECT SCREEN PRINTING

Due to the nature of the decoration process a variance of 1/16" may happen between imprint colors. This variance is considered acceptable in the industry standard.

Decal imprint process is available for tight registration, multicolor or photo-like art and is guaranteed for permanent imprint that will not fade or peel. Production time is 12-15 working days after art approval. Please call factory for decal pricing.

22K GOLD AND PATINUM CHRGES

Extra charge for 22k gold or platinum imprint add $0.40 (G) per side. For metallic trims add $0.40 (G) per piece. Note: Microwave safe-metallic varies in appearance and shine from standard metallic. It is important to remember that 22K gold or platinum is different from our ceramic inks. In some instances 22k gold or paltium will "bleed" more than other inks and some art may not be sutiable for 22k gold.

PRODUCTION TIME

Normal production time is 3-5 business days. Allow extra shipping time during the pre-holiday season.

LESS THAN MINIMUM CHARGE

For any order(s) less than 72 pieces, add $30.00 (G). Absolute minimum is 36pcs. Decal job minimum is 144 pieces and and absolute minimum 72 pieces.

HIGHER QUANTITY PRICING

For quote on quantities of more than twice the quantity listed in the end column, call or fax Fargo Line.

RETURNS

Merchandise can not be returned without authorization from Fargo Line. All merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. Fargo Line must be contacted within 15 days of recieving merchandise.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

All cost prior to order cancellation will be invoiced.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING

Handling fee $2.00 (g) on bottles, travel cups and coin banks.

Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped normally in master cartons and factory resrves the right to select the carriers. UPS, FedEx and Airborne shippements require special packagigng at the addtional charge of $5 (G) for each box. Freight estimates provided by the factory can not be garanteed for accurcy as rates flucuate.

White individual gifts boxes are availiable for some items. Add $.35 (G) for flat boxes, $.60 (G) for factory to instert items in boxes.

If you require inside delivery, you must specify inside delivery and the suite/room number on the pruchase order. Any delivery beyond loading dock may be considered an inside delivery. Deliveries beyond the buyers loading dock are subject to additional charges and will only be done at the customer's risk. Inside delivery will incur additional delivery charges. If an inside delivery is requested at the time the carrier arrives, be advised you will reciveve an addtional subsequent invoice for this service in addition to your original invoice. It is your responsiblity to let us know whether it is residential or inside delivery.

$6.25 (G) for each destination.

TYPESETTING & ARTWORK LAYOUT

Factory reserves the right to select an available type font style that closely matches the desired style. Unless specified, the factory will size art to fit maximum imprint area on each item. $15 (G) per layout. It is your responsibility to check spelling.

FREIGHT CLAIMS

Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Claims for shortage or damage that have occurrred during shipping must be filed with the carrier within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Title to the goods passes to the buyer upon release to the carrier F.O.B Point which is S. El Monte, CA.

GLASS IMPRINT

We recommend the following standard colors: black, reflex blue, green, satin etch and metallic gold. Screen charges $38.00 (G) per color. Metallic imprints $0.40 (G) per side.

WARE QUALITY & WARRENTY

Slight variations & imperfections in glassware & ceramic are not considered flaws. Size and color may vary slightly and these are considered acceptable industry standards. We guarantee our products for workmanship and materialsDefective merchandise will be replaced, but our liability is limted to the invoiced cost of the item.

All of our products are to be used as promotional item; not for commercial or resturant use.

PRICES

Prices are based upon material and labor costs as of the date of the catalog printing and are subject to change without notice at any time.

CLAIMS: BREAKAGE

Receiver must carefully inspect merchandise before signing. All shipments that are signed releases TJ Promotions from all responsiblility.All Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Original packaging & broken merchandise is needed to file a claim.
